Tony Mathew

Tony Mathew, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in compensation analysis and finance. Currently serving as a Senior Field Compensation Analyst at American Fidelity since November 2020, Tony manages compensation plans for 5,500 associates across multiple departments and collaborates with executives on strategic compensation initiatives. Prior roles include Commissions Supervisor and Team Leader at Paycom, where Tony enhanced internal processes and conducted training on performance-based compensation, as well as Incentive Compensation Analyst at Cerner Corporation.
