Traci Hampton has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Traci began their career at American Heritage Life Insurance Company in 1994, where they held roles as Regional Sales Manager and Regional Director. In 2000, they joined Texas Life Insurance Company as the Sales Director for worksite life products. Traci then moved on to join American Fidelity in 2006 as the VP of Product Manager, responsible for revamping the worksite life product line and adding the annuity product line. In 2012, they became the Senior VP and COO of American Fidelity Educational Services, where they managed field sales and home office operations. Traci continued to climb the ranks at American Fidelity and in 2014, they became the Senior VP and First Financial Special Projects Manager, serving as a liaison between American Fidelity and First Financial. Their most recent role was as the AVP of Corporate Sales Strategy, Marketing, and Training at First Financial Group of America, where they were responsible for executing the corporate strategy, driving marketing and training, and increasing visibility in the market.
Traci Hampton obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from Colorado State University, which they attended from 1982 to 1987. Traci later pursued a certification in Life Insurance from LOMA, where they completed the Fellow Life Management Institute program from 2009 to 2011. Additionally, Traci holds the certification of FLMI, although the details of its institution, month, and year of obtaining are not provided.
