Thomas McMahon

Thomas McMahon has over 15 years of experience in customer service and management within the automotive services industry. Since January 2008, McMahon has served as a Customer Services Agent at American Financial & Automotive Services, Inc., where responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries regarding vehicle service contracts and processing claim payments to shops. Prior to this role, McMahon worked as a Branch Manager at Advantage Rent A Car from 2000 to 2007.
