Joshua Smith

Joshua Smith is a seasoned professional in business development and project management, currently serving as the Business Development Leader for Florida at American Fire - A CHA Company since March 2023. Prior to this, Joshua spent 14 years at National Fire Protection, advancing from Project Manager Engineer to Director of Business Development. Joshua demonstrated proficiency in overseeing sales teams, enhancing client relationships, and implementing training initiatives. Previous experience includes roles in marketing and design at Wiencek + Associates Architects + Planners, and a solid engineering background encompassing fire protection design and project management. Joshua holds two Associate degrees in Design and Applied Arts from Frederick Community College, obtained between 2000 and 2006.
