Theo J. has diverse experience in both the hospitality and graphic design sectors. Currently serving as a Server at American Flatbread since May 2019, responsibilities include training new staff, managing high-stress work periods, and fostering community relationships for outreach initiatives. As a Graphic Design Intern at Alexander Isley Inc. from January to March 2023, Theo J. gained skills in revising magazine layouts, designing typographic signage, and creating branding mockups while collaborating with the Art Director to meet client needs. Additionally, as a Peer Advisor at Central Connecticut State University from May 2021 to September 2022, Theo J. managed multiple projects, coordinated outreach efforts for new students, and designed media campaigns related to academic advising. Theo J. holds a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from Central Connecticut State University, completed in March 2023.
