Ken Allred

Ken Allred started their work experience in 2002 as an Engineer Trainee/Maintenance Engineer at Cargill. From there, they held various roles at Cargill, including Third Shift Fabrication Maintenance Supervisor and Capital Projects Manager. In 2008, they became the CVAM Corporate Maintenance and Engineer Manager, responsible for overseeing proactive maintenance, capital projects, and resource efficiency within the business unit. In 2010, they transitioned to the role of Corporate Reliability Engineer, focusing on mitigating failures and promoting reliability excellence. In 2011, they took on the position of Corporate Projects Manager, managing capital projects and facilitating project selection and execution. Since 2012, they have been working as the Vice President of Engineering at American Foods Group.

Ken Allred attended Wichita State University from 1998 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Engineering. Prior to that, from 1996 to 1998, they attended Kansas State University, though no degree or field of study information is available for this period.
