Pam McGonigle Ply

Pam McGonigle PLY is an accomplished leader in nonprofit development and communications, currently serving as the Chief Development Officer at the American Foundation for the Blind since September 2024. With a progressive career, McGonigle has held significant roles such as Director of Development & Communications at Overbrook School for the Blind and Director of Development at the United States Association of Blind Athletes, where McGonigle implemented sustainable development programs. Earlier experience includes building development initiatives at The Association for Frontotemporal Degeneration and overseeing grant programs at The Montgomery County Foundation, Inc. McGonigle has a strong history in fundraising and has developed comprehensive plans for various organizations. A four-time Paralympian and medalist, McGonigle's athletic achievements include setting records in international competitions. McGonigle holds a BS in Education, Health & Physical Education from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania and an MA in Sport Administration from the University of Northern Colorado.
