Shantanu Deshpande is currently working as an Advisor at Advent International, where Shantanu helps the firm with consumer investments and portfolio. Shantanu is also the Host of The BarberShop with Shantanu, aiming to make entrepreneurship real, human, and accessible. Additionally, Shantanu serves as an Ambassador at Olympic Gold Quest, supporting elite athletes in their quest for Olympic Medals. Prior to this, Shantanu was a Founder CEO at Bombay Shaving Company, focusing on building FMCG 2.0. Shantanu has a Master of Business Administration from Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology.
