Shawn Williams

Shawn Williams has a diverse work experience spanning over 13 years. Shawn currently serves as the Technology Manager at American Freight Furniture, Mattress, Appliance, beginning in October 2022. Previous to this role, from May 2021 to October 2022, they worked as an IT Consultant at Fusion Alliance. Before that, Shawn worked at NuMSP as the Central Region Field Services Team Lead from March 2020 to May 2021. From April 2016 to May 2021, they held the position of ITA Lead Services Technician II at Info-Link Technologies, where they performed various technical tasks, including PC setup and repairs, technical support, Active Directory management, and server backups. Prior to that, Shawn worked as an Electronics/Wireless/Photo Lab Associate at Walmart from May 2010 to May 2016. Shawn also served as a Service Desk Analyst Tier 1 at Ascena Retail Group, Inc. from October 2015 to April 2016, troubleshooting and providing support for printers, registers, and network equipment. Lastly, Shawn gained early work experience as a Summer Camp Counselor at the YMCA in June 2009.

Shawn Williams obtained their Associate's degree in Information Technology-Programming/Software Development from Central Ohio Technical College. Shawn attended this college from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they received their High School Diploma from Heath High School in the years 2007 to 2010.
