Quality Control Chemist at American Fruits and Flavors

Matthew Dwyer is an experienced professional in quality control and research, currently serving as a Quality Control Chemist at American Fruits and Flavors, LLC since October 2020, where responsibilities include leading the QC team and delegating tasks. Previously, Matthew held various positions, including Research Assistant at the National University of Ireland, Galway, where a novel detection method for antibiotic-resistant genes was designed. As a Laboratory Supervisor at Maynooth University, Matthew tested novel compounds for oral candidiasis treatment, and as a Laboratory Assistant at Rye River Brewing, Matthew analyzed beer fermentation trends. Matthew holds a Master of Science in Biotechnology from the University of Galway, earned in 2020, and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from Maynooth University, completed in 2019.
