Christopher Prisbrey

Christopher Prisbrey has over 18 years of work experience in the field of Information Technology. Christopher is currently serving as the Director of Information Technology at American Gilsonite Company since November 2022. Previously, they held the position of Manager of IT Security and Special Projects at Pioneer Metal Finishing from December 2020 to December 2022. Before that, they worked as a Computer Information Systems Manager at Pilkington Metal Finishing, where they gained expertise in ERP software customization, database modeling, web services, and software development. Prior to that, Christopher worked as a Project Manager at Professional Service Industries, Inc. from February 2004 to April 2011.

Christopher Prisbrey began their education journey in 2011 at LDS Business College, where they studied Business Information Systems. Christopher attended the college until 2012. In 2013, they enrolled at Salt Lake Community College to pursue a degree in Computer Engineering. After one year, they transferred to the University of Utah in 2014, where they studied Information Systems. At the University of Utah, they completed their studies in 2016. In the same year, Christopher obtained various certifications from CompTIA, including CompTIA Project+ ce, CompTIA Security+ ce, CompTIA Network+ ce, and CompTIA A+ ce. Christopher also obtained certifications as an Advanced HTML5 & CSS3 Specialist and a User Interface Designer from CIWcertified. In 2016, Christopher attended Western Governors University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Information Technology in 2017.
