Joanna Vera

Joanna Vera has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Human Resources Manager at American Girl since February 2013, after holding roles as Employment Manager and Human Resources Assistant within the same company. Prior to this, Joanna Vera worked as a Human Resources Assistant at Lord & Taylor for a brief period in late 2012 and as a Human Resources Specialist at Proviso Leyden Council for Community Action, Inc. from November 2009 to August 2010. Earlier experience includes a seven-year tenure in human resources at Target from September 2002 to November 2009. Joanna Vera holds a B.S. in Management from DePaul University, earned between 2006 and 2009.
