Joanna Griffin

Joanna Griffin currently serves as the Head of People and Safety at American Golf since December 2023. Prior to this role, Joanna was the Head of Human Resources at Boels Rental from August 2019 to November 2023 and held the position of Head of Human Resources and Recruitment at Outdoor and Cycle Concepts Ltd from February 2018 to August 2019. Joanna has significant experience in HR operations, serving as HR Operations Manager at IBM Client Innovation Centers Europe, where responsibilities included managing HR operations for key UK accounts from January 2015 to February 2018. Earlier experience includes project management at New Look, HR Business Partner at Medibank Health Solutions, and HR Advisor at Alzheimer's Society. Joanna's academic qualifications comprise a Master's degree in English Literature from Lancaster University, a CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management, and a BA in English Literature and Theatre Studies from the University of Central Lancashire.
