Lavone Lee

Lavone Lee, MA, CDP, currently serves as the Director of Diversity and Inclusion at American Greetings since October 2021. Concurrently, Lavone has been a Professional Development Coach at the Cleveland Foundation since January 2020, focusing on empowering Public Service Fellows. Previously, Lavone was a key member of Cuyahoga County's Senior Leadership Strategic Planning Committee, contributing to various initiatives including the Equity Diversity & Inclusion Committee and Diversity Recruitment Training Programs from January 2010 to February 2022. Lavone's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Psychology with a concentration in Diversity Management from Cleveland State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Hiram College.
