Tina Chapman

Tina Chapman is an accomplished communications and change management professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Since October 2014, Tina has held various senior roles at American Greetings, currently serving as Senior Director of Corporate Communications, Training & Org Change Management. Prior to this, Tina spent several years at KeyBank, where responsibilities included leading strategic initiatives to improve client experience and directing the Key4Women program. Tina's early career features positions at Thompson Hine LLP, Deloitte Canada, Bell, and Journey's End Hotel, where Tina focused on internal and external communications, public affairs, and marketing. Tina holds a BA in Communications from Wilfrid Laurier University and a degree in Public Relations from Humber College.
