David Merriman has a strong work background, starting in 1983 at Aon as a Manager of Training and Quality Assurance/Legal Administrator. David later took on the role of Manager of Claims Call Center Management at Aon. In 2006, they joined Hertz as a Manager of Training and Development, and then transitioned to a Manager of Accident Management Service Center, Training and Development. From 2013 to 2014, they worked at Hertz's Donlen Corporation as a Manager. In 2016, they worked as a Truck/Bus Training Technical Developer at Navistar Inc. Currently, David is the Assistant Vice-President for Claim Operations at American Guardian Warranty Services, Inc., overseeing various departments and customer service.
David Merriman obtained their BA degree in Business and History from Central University of Iowa / Central College. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a Six Sigma certification from Purdue University in September 2020. David also obtained Navistar Truck and Bus Technical Certifications in October 2016, and ASE certification in September 2012.
