Yuriy Kotlyar

Yuriy Kotlyar currently serves as the CEO of American Health Connection since February 2011 and has been an Advisory Board Member for the University of California Santa Barbara Customer Experience Certificate Program since May 2021. Prior to these roles, Yuriy served as COO/CIO at SoftScript, Inc. from January 2000 to February 2011 and held the position of President at TAG (Telecom Around the Globe) from October 1995 to February 2000. Yuriy Kotlyar earned a degree from Southern Federal University between 1987 and 1992.
