Keith Claypool

Keith Claypool's work experience begins in 2004 as a Consultant at Paros Business Partners. Keith then worked as a .Net Developer at Licking Memorial Health Systems from 2005 to 2007. From 2007 to 2011, they served as a System Architect/DBA Team Manager at Citi Group, overseeing development and managing a large team. In 2011, they joined Chase as the Vice President of the Corporate Internet Group, providing leadership to the backend team. The same year, they also started working at Aetna, a CVS Health Company, as the Managing Director of Database Management. Since 2011, they have been the Managing Director of Database Management & DevOps at American Health Holding, where they lead multiple teams and provides strategic vision in the IT operations.

Keith Claypool has a Master's degree in Management from Mount Vernon Nazarene University. Keith also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business (BBA) from the same institution. Keith has a Certificate of Achievement in Strategic Organizational Leadership from Villanova University. In addition, they hold an Associate of Applied Business degree in Computer Programming from Central Ohio Technical College.

Keith has obtained various certifications throughout their career. These include SAFe Scrum Master and Leading SAFe from Scaled Agile, Inc. Keith also holds the RLF (Regional Leadership Forum) certification from the Society for Information Management. Furthermore, Keith has certifications in Betty Liu on Career Success, Creating Your Personal Brand, and Recruiting Veterans, all obtained from LinkedIn. Keith also holds a Microsoft Certified Solution Associate in SQL Server 2012 from Microsoft, obtained in 2014.
