Kirk Brittain

Kirk Brittain, MBA, currently serves as the National Director of Diversity and Inclusion at the American Heart Association since March 2021. Prior to this role, Kirk Brittain worked at Novant Health as a Human Resources Business Partner from November 2008 to December 2020. Kirk Brittain also held the position of Manager of Talent Acquisition at International Truck and Engine Corporation from July 2001 to May 2008. Kirk Brittain earned an MBA in Management from Strayer University between 2007 and 2008 and a Bachelor of Science in PR/Communications from Ball State University from 1983 to 1988.
