Les Pritchett

Les Pritchett's work experience includes roles in various companies and positions. Les started their career as an Artillery Officer in the United States Marine Corps from 1993 to 1999. From 2001 to 2009, they worked at EDS in different positions, including Strategic Development Manager, Director of HR Strategy, and Vice President of Human Resources. Les then joined Anthelio Healthcare Solutions as the Executive Vice President of HR and Consulting Practice from 2009 to 2011. In 2011, they worked at Allegro Development as the Vice President of Human Resources. From 2012 to 2014, they served as the Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources at Expert Global Solutions. Finally, they joined the American Heart Association and American Stroke Association, where they worked as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources from 2014 to 2016 and currently holds the position of Executive Vice President of Human Capital and Business Excellence.

Les Pritchett completed their Bachelor's degree from the United States Naval Academy in 1993. Les then pursued their Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard Business School from 1999 to 2001.
