Rhonda P.

Rhonda P. is a seasoned arts educator and leader in youth theatre, currently serving as the Founder and Artistic Director of Lighthouse Youth Theatre since April 2021. Additionally, Rhonda is a Theatre Arts Instructor with Thursday Connection and holds multiple volunteer roles with American Heritage Girls, Inc. as a Unit Leader and Troop Shepherd. Rhonda's previous experience includes serving as Challenge Director and Foundations/Essentials Director with Classical Conversations, as well as teaching Drama at Heart Academy. Rhonda's background in theatre includes directing productions such as "Fiddler on the Roof" and "Willy Wonka Jr." Rhonda holds a Bachelor of Arts from UC Irvine and a Master of Arts from San Jose State University, both in English Language and Literature.
