Lisa Hatfield is an accomplished Client Services Manager with extensive experience in correspondent lending and employee training. Currently serving at American Heritage Lending, Inc., since June 2022, Lisa previously held similar managerial roles at Reliant Bank and Ascend Federal Credit Union, where responsibilities included background checks and coaching team members. With a strong foundation in compliance and mortgage processes gained from roles at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Lisa has demonstrated exceptional leadership, policy development, and training capabilities across various teams. Lisa earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Grandview University, graduating in 2007.
