Amy Carlton

Amy Carlton is an accomplished fundraising professional with extensive experience in development roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Associate Vice President for Development at American Humane since August 2018, Amy previously held positions including Senior Director of Development and Director of Major Gifts for the West Region. Prior to American Humane, Amy worked at Prototypes as Director of Individual Giving and held multiple development roles at Whittier College, including Associate Director of Development and Director of Prospect Research & Management. Additional experience includes positions at Pacific Symphony, Aquarium of the Pacific, and East Bay SPCA. Amy's educational background includes studies at the University of California, Berkeley, focused on Business Law and International Business, after transferring from Long Beach City College.
