Robert Blumenfeld, MBA, CAE has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. Robert began their career in 1996 as the Owner of Blumenfeld Financial Group, providing services such as sourcing equity for growth-oriented businesses. In 2004, they became President of Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) New York, the leading association focused on middle market networking and education within the transactional financial community. From 2006 to 2009, they were Managing Director of Bryant Park Capital LLC, responsible for developing and growing a national based Fairness Opinion and Valuation business. In 2008, they joined the Board of Directors of the Turnaround Management Association-New York Chapter. From 2010 to 2016, they were Executive Director of ACG New York. In 2020, they became Managing Director of American Industrial Acquisition Corporation, seeking to make direct equity investments and buy debt of non-core, non-performing, troubled industrial and manufacturing companies. Robert is currently Senior M&A Advisor at Generational Equity, LLC, representing Sell-Side M&A Engagements. Robert also serves as Managing Partner of Blumenfeld Financial Group.
Robert Blumenfeld, MBA, CAE has a diverse educational background. Robert attended Monticello High School and then went on to earn a BS Technology in Business, Finance, and Tech from Babson College. Robert later earned an MBA in Finance from Fordham University. In addition, they obtained a Certified Association Executive (CAE) certification from ASAE: The Center for Association Leadership in January 2018 and a Series 7 and 63 certification from FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) in May 2007.
