Scott Shugart

Scott Shugart is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at American Innovations since July 2022, Scott has previously held several significant positions at Proserv, including Vice President of Operations and President of Drilling Controls, from April 2013 to July 2022. Additional experience includes Senior Vice President of Business Development at Parker Hannifin and PGI International Ltd., where roles spanned from Chief Financial Officer to Vice President of Global Operations. Scott holds a Master of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
