Christopher Paskoff has a diverse work experience in various roles. Christopher began their career in 2001 at Data Recognition Corporation, where they served as a Reader, Team Leader, and Scoring Director. In this role, they managed and supervised up to 100 readers in scoring math and science state standardized assessments. Christopher also compiled training and qualifying sets from raw papers according to state guidelines.
In 2003, Christopher transitioned to Adams County School District 14, where they worked as a Mathematics Teacher. Christopher taught 9th-grade mathematics, including algebra and geometry, and participated in curriculum development and the transition to a small-school philosophy. Christopher held this position until 2005.
From 2006 to 2007, Christopher worked as an Editorial Assistant at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt.
Since 2007, they have been employed at American Institutes for Research as a Senior Manager in Test Development.
Christopher Paskoff pursued their education starting from 1996 at Ohio University where they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics in the year 2000. Later, from 2009 to 2011, they attended George Mason University where they obtained a Master's in Public Policy (MPP) with a focus on Public Policy.
