Marion Baldwin is a senior technical assistance consultant at AIR. She is a skilled professional development and technical assistance facilitator with 20 years of experience working at the local, state, regional, and national levels to develop and support the administration of high–quality afterschool programs. She also has extensive experience in and provides professional development for family and community engagement initiatives.
Baldwin currently leads the design and implementation of Illinois Quality Afterschool professional development and technical assistance, providing workshops, conferences, and webinars to promote quality afterschool in Illinois State Board of Education 21st Century Community Learning Centers (CCLC). Previously, she served as the national training administrator for the C.S. Mott Foundation funded U.S. Department of Education’s 21st CCLC training program. She began her career in afterschool and family and community engagement as the director of community education for the Little Rock School District.
