Richard Tessier

Richard Tessier has a diverse work experience in proposal management and development. Richard served as a Senior Proposal Manager at American Institutes for Research, where they supported various service areas and led capture planning activities. In their role as a Proposal Manager at Abt Associates, they managed Global Priority federal proposals and achieved a high win rate. Richard also worked as a Proposal Developer IV at Philips, managing large-scale medical system proposal projects and supervising a team. Additionally, Richard worked as a Senior Proposal Specialist at Getronics and GENESYS Software Systems, where they wrote proposals in response to formal RFPs and produced sales proposals. Richard has extensive experience in the field and has demonstrated successful outcomes throughout their career.

Richard Tessier completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Massachusetts Lowell in 1988. Prior to that, they attended Chelmsford High School and received a diploma in 1983. Later, they pursued a Certificate in Paralegal Studies from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, graduating in 2011.
