Shannan Triplett is an experienced claims and management professional with a strong background in the insurance industry. Currently serving as Claims Manager and SIU Manager at American Integrity Insurance Company since January 2020, Shannan previously held the position of Property Director at American Claims Management. Over a 15-year tenure at Allstate, Shannan progressed through various leadership roles, focusing on optimizing customer service and performance management within multiple states. Shannan began a career in claims adjusting with positions at Bankers Insurance, St. Paul Companies, and Inspire Insurance Solutions.
