Valois Vaughn

Valois Vaughn is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in property management and operations. Currently serving as a Property Supervisor at Hispanic Housing Development Corporation since March 2024, Valois has also been a Real Estate Broker at American International Realty Corp. since September 2015. Previous roles include Property Manager at Mercy Housing’s South Loop Apartments from June 2019 to April 2024, and Director of Operations at Foundation for Homan Square from August 2016 to May 2018. Valois's earlier experience includes managing a portfolio of 129 units at TDG Property Management, serving as an Executive Assistant at Bettery Boys Foundation, and holding the position of Budget Analyst at the Chicago Housing Authority for over 16 years.
