Andres Séguin

Andres Séguin has a diverse work experience in various roles within the field of talent acquisition and human resources. Andres is currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at American Iron & Metal (AIM) since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Talent Acquisition Manager at Grainger Canada from March 2016 to April 2022. Before that, they held a role in human resources at Keurig Canada from January 2015 to March 2016. In their early career, they gained experience at ABB, where they worked as a Talent Management Specialist from June 2013 to November 2014 and as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for Central and Eastern Canada from May 2008 to June 2013. Andres also worked as an Executive Search Consultant at The Mergis Group/Spherion from October 2005 to January 2008.

Andres Séguin obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communications Human Relations from UQAM | Université du Québec à Montréal between the years 2002 and 2005.
