Joseph Jerkovic

Joseph J. serves as the Global IT Service Desk Manager at American Iron & Metal (AIM) since April 2021. Prior to this role, Joseph held positions at Société de transport de Montréal as an IT Integrator from July 2018 to April 2021, and at Lassonde as a Senior Technical Lead from December 2016 to June 2018. Joseph's career began at Hatch, where Joseph worked from June 2001 to February 2016 in various IT roles, including IT Coordinator and IT Service Desk Technician. Joseph possesses multiple educational qualifications, including an MCSE Certification from Knowledge Alliance, a DEC in Business/Commerce from Dawson College, and completed high school at both John F Kennedy and Thomas Darcy McGee.
