Richard Phillips has extensive experience in the real estate and property management sectors, currently serving as Revenue & Reporting Manager at American Landmark Apartments since February 2020. Prior roles include Revenue Manager at RealPage, Inc., and various positions at Bell Partners Inc., including Revenue Analyst and Property Manager. Richard began a career at Aimco Apartment Homes and Leith Volkswagen, holding positions such as Assistant Community Manager, Leasing Consultant, and Sales Consultant. Richard is currently pursuing an Associate of Applied Science in Business Analytics at Wake Tech Community College.
