Chastity Austin

Chastity Austin is a seasoned Human Resource professional with extensive experience in HR management and operations. Currently serving as the Human Resource Division Manager at American Leather since June 2023, Chastity previously held various HR roles at Tesla from April 2018 to June 2023, including Human Resources Supervisor and Human Resource Business Partner, where responsibilities included employee support, onboarding facilitation, I-9 work authorization processing, and performance tracking. Earlier, during the tenure at The Body Shop from October 2013 to April 2018 as Human Resource Office Manager, Chastity managed office functions, negotiated vendor contracts, developed reporting systems, processed payroll, and provided staff training. Chastity holds dual bachelor's degrees in Communications and Sociology from the University of Nevada, Reno.
