Micah Hildreth

Micah Hildreth has extensive experience in the field of software engineering and information technology, currently serving as the Director of Software Engineering and Director of Information Technology at American Logistics since September 2019. In this leadership role, Micah oversees a team of 30 employees across various domains including IT, Systems, Networking, DevOps, Data Engineering, and the Service Desk, collaborating closely with the Vice President to manage departmental operations. Previously, Micah served as Manager of IT Engineering, where oversight of DevOps and Data Engineering teams was undertaken, and as Project Manager, leading technical project management initiatives. Prior to American Logistics, Micah held the position of Manager of Systems Engineering at SkyWest Airlines, managing three teams and overseeing critical applications and technology. Micah began the career as a Systems Engineer, managing a significant infrastructure to support various operational needs.
