Paul Kuechler

Paul Kuechler is a Mechanical Engineer currently working with American Magic as part of the team for the 37th America's Cup since July 2022. Paul has gained diverse experience through various internships and assistant roles, including positions at Raytheon Intelligence & Space and Barrett Technology, where skills in modeling, design, and prototyping were developed. Academic roles at Harvard University involved assisting with courses in celestial navigation and machine design, providing support in lab settings, and teaching tool safety. With a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Harvard University and a background in sailing instruction at Orleans Yacht Club, Paul combines engineering expertise with practical coaching experience.
