Jennifer Schaff has a diverse range of work experience in marketing and sales roles. Jennifer most recently served as the Director of Marketing and Sales at the American Massage Therapy Association, where they led a team and directed the creative and digital strategy for a professional association with over 90,000 members. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Strategist in Marketing and Membership Development at the same organization. In this role, they developed integrated marketing plans, oversaw digital media campaigns, and created various types of content. Jennifer also has experience as a Marketing Manager at Writers' Theatre, a Membership Coordinator at Adler Planetarium, an Administrative Assistant/Box Office Representative at Ravinia Festival, and a Special Events Intern at Lyric Opera of Chicago.
Jennifer Schaff received their Bachelor of Music Education degree in Voice/Violin from Illinois Wesleyan University from 2002 to 2006. Jennifer then pursued a Master of Arts degree in Entertainment and Media Management at Columbia College Chicago from 2006 to 2008. Recently, in 2021 and 2022, they earned a Certificate in Environmental Sustainability from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Jennifer also holds various certifications from the Cardinal Path Training Academy, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Adwords, which they obtained in October 2015.
