Cory Longenecker

Cory Longenecker is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in service management and process improvement. Currently serving as Manager of IT Service Management at Global Medical Response since November 2024, Cory previously held the position of Manager of IT Service Management Operations at Medical Solutions, where the focus was on enhancing ITIL practices to ensure efficient business processes while minimizing risks. Earlier roles include Program Manager for Clinical Production Support at Humana and Incident Manager at Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc.
