Rex Widmer

Rex Widmer has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Rex started their career at GE in 2000, where they participated in leadership programs until 2004. Rex then joined GE Healthcare, assuming various roles including CFO of Ultrasound General Imaging & IT from 2004 to 2009. From 2009 to 2012, Rex was the Founder and Marketing Director of Rural Health Initiative at GE Healthcare. Rex later founded and served as the General Manager of Vscan Access from 2012 to 2015. In 2016, Rex began working at MedTech Startups as an Advisor, a position they held until 2019. Finally, in 2019, Rex joined Global Medical Response as the VP of Product Development.

Rex Widmer completed their Bachelor's Degree in Economics & Management at Beloit College from 1996 to 2000. Rex then pursued a Master's Degree in Public Health at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health from 2010 to 2012.
