Paul Ecal is a Diagnostic CT/MRI Technologist at MD Anderson Cancer Center since August 2019, and an American Heart Association Instructor since April 2013, specializing in teaching Basic Life Support and CPR to diverse audiences. Paul has extensive experience in diagnostic imaging, having worked as a CT/MRI Technologist at multiple facilities including Kingwood Medical Center and Cypress Creek ER. In addition to technical roles, Paul has served as a Registered Medical Assistant and Phlebotomy Technician while performing various healthcare support tasks. Paul has a strong military background, serving as a squad leader in the Texas Army National Guard and as an infantryman in the US Army. Paul holds multiple degrees in Radiologic Science and Organizational Leadership, and continues education at Pima Medical Institute.
