Kelley A. Cox

Kelley A. Cox, IOM, CAE has over 40 years of work experience. Kelley A. most recently worked at ANSI - American National Standards Institute as the Senior Director of Business and Membership Development. In this role, they focused on expanding ANSI's presence, growing and managing membership, and developing strategic alliances and partnerships. Before that, Kelley worked at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce as the Executive Director of Business Development, where they identified and secured business partnerships and improved partnership programs and marketing vehicles. Kelley A. also worked at Aviem International Inc & Family Assistance Foundation as the VP of Sales/Marketing and Director of Operations, handling sales, marketing, operations, and crisis support services. Prior to that, they spent many years at American Airlines Inc in various management positions, including the Base Manager of Flight Service Operations and Manager of the CARE Program. Kelley has a proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams, driving revenue growth, and developing strategic partnerships.

Kelley A. Cox, IOM, CAE holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology from Salem State University. In 2009, they obtained the Institute for Organization Management (IOM) certification from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. In 2015, they obtained the Certified Association Executive (CAE) certification from ASAE: The Center for Association Leadership.
