Dr. Melvin Ng is a seasoned professional in the field of research and development with a strong background in operations management. Currently serving as the Director of Research Development at American Nitrile since July 2022, Dr. Ng previously held the position of Operations Manager at Rimba Glove Sdn Bhd from January 2022 to July 2022. Prior to that, Dr. Ng was a Technical Executive at Rimba GLOVE from December 2020 to January 2022, demonstrating a progressive career in the industry.
