Maureen Murphy

As Chief People Officer, Maureen Murphy’s passion is to create environments where every team member can do their best work each day. She knows it is essential to never lose sight of the people who are the foundation of AOP’s purpose to deliver clinical innovation, compassionate care, and service excellence. Maureen believes the people and the culture are the secret sauce that makes AOP great. Maureen is passionate about creating and nurturing a culture that empowers each team member to achieve their goals, love what they do, be innovative, and help patients, fellow team members, AOP, and the communities in which they work and live thrive.

Maureen earned her Bachelor of Arts in English from Hunter College, part of the City University of New York, and her Human Resources Management Certification from the University of California, Irvine.
