Ashley Redfearn

Ashley Redfearn is the current Chief Executive Officer at American Paradigm Schools. Prior to this role, Ashley served as the Interim CEO from May 2021 to August 2021. Ashley has also been with American Paradigm Schools as the Executive Director from July 2019 to May 2021.

Ashley's experience also includes working as the Director of Education at TESLA SCIENCE FOUNDATION from January 2015 to February 2018 and as the CEO of TACONY ACADEMY CHARTER SCHOOL from June 2009 to February 2018.

Ashley started their career as a teacher at New Foundations Charter School in August 2000 and remained there until June 2009.

Ashley Redfearn has a Principal Certification and M.Ed from Temple University in Education. Ashley also has a MA from Arizona State University in Sociology and a BA from University of Maryland College Park in Sociology. Ashley is certified in PA Level II Certification K-6 and PA Principal Certification K-12 Level 2.
