Katherine Brennan

Katherine Brennan has a diverse work experience background. Katherine started their career at American Valet in 2013 as an Administrative Assistant and Receptionist. Katherine then worked as a University Admissions Frontline Representative at Seattle Pacific University in 2014, followed by a role as a Residence Hall Ministry Coordinator at the same university in 2015. In 2017, they joined HERITAGE DENTISTRY, P.C. as a Dental Business Assistant. Katherine returned to American Valet in 2020 and has held various positions including Talent Acquisition Recruiter, Human Resources Generalist, and currently serves as the Human Resources Director. In their current role, Katherine leads and empowers talent development and talent acquisition teams, designs and implements training programs for employees and managers, and develops strategies for employee engagement and retention.
