Joseph F. Pierre

Joseph F. Pierre is currently an Assistant Professor at the University of Wisconsin-Madison in the Department of Nutritional Sciences and the Department of Surgery. Joseph F. is also an Affiliated Faculty Member at Dairy Innovation Hub and serves on the Publications Committee at the American Physiological Society. In addition, Joseph is a Co-Founder and Board Member at Three Squared Biosciences, focusing on product commercialization. Previously, Joseph F. was a Co-Founder, COO, and Board Member at AVnovum Therapeutics, Inc., where Joseph F. focused on developing antimicrobial peptides. Joseph has a background in research, academia, and collegiate athletics, with a PhD in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
