Melissa Niedholdt has extensive experience in the real estate and mortgage industries. Currently serving as an Assistant Branch Manager and Mortgage Loan Officer at American Portfolio Mortgage Corporation since October 2019, Melissa has also been a Real Estate Broker at Baird & Warner since May 2015, specializing in investments and assisting first-time home buyers. Melissa began their career at Argent Mortgage as a Senior Funder.
