Katelynn Wiggins, PMP, serves as the Internal Communications & Staff Wellbeing Manager at the American Psychological Association since July 2013, focusing on equity, diversity, inclusion, employee engagement, and health and safety. In previous roles at the same organization, Katelynn implemented internal communications and well-being programs for over 550 staff members, utilizing various digital platforms for effective communication and engagement. Katelynn also has experience as a Public Relations Associate, coordinating a network of psychologists and producing a monthly newsletter. Prior to these roles, Katelynn gained valuable insights through internships and writing positions, alongside a strong academic background in public relations with degrees from Stephen F. Austin State University and the University of Central Florida.
