As CEO of Wharton Consult LLC, Wharton focuses on rail and public transportation consultancy. Previous roles include Director of Alternative Delivery Services at SYSTRA, President of Impulse NC Inc, and Acting President of Koehler-Bright Star LLC, showcasing a strong background in business development, operations, and project management across multiple organizations. Wharton began the career as a commercial pilot before transitioning into the transportation sector.
