Don Pecano

Don Pecano is currently the Senior Vice President of Due Diligence at American Realty Advisors, where Don is responsible for managing due diligence and transactions nationwide. Prior to this role, Don worked as a Due Diligence Coordinator at PM Realty Group and as a Senior Associate at Keyser Marston Associates. Don also has experience as a Development Consultant at Diamond & Associates and as a Warranty Manager/Project Manager at Habitat for Humanity - New York City. Additionally, Don worked as an Associate in Technology at Sapient. Don holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Princeton University and a Master of City and Regional Planning from the University of Pennsylvania.
